Finance Report
Jennifer brings different options on how the finance reports could look and accessibility to members.
The board offers feedback.
Next steps: Jennifer will send a few templates for the board to review and approve.
The board votes on money allocated towards CIP grants and agrees on $10,000 for 2024.
Lakeside Hills Grant
Mark Schmitz joins the meeting to answer any questions about the grant he previously submitted to the club.
The board offers feedback and agrees to use Mark’s submission as a template for future grants.
After reviewing the CIP grant, the board votes and approves $2,500 from the CIP grant fund for the Lakeside Hills CIP grant.
Website
Pete brings an update from John on the Website. The website goes live on Wednesday, April 10th.
The club will communicate to members through its channels about the website going live.
Ice Bowl
Rick brings an update on the Ice Bowl funds and explains the timeline for getting funds in and out as the final step to wrap up the event.
Pete makes a motion to donate $1,000 to the Ice Bowl fund. Motion carried.
Rick shares possible formats for the next Ice Bowl including a PDGA competitive side of the event.
League
Michael brings an update on leagues with the majority of them already running. There are a few that still need some work.
Gabo will create a graphic with all the club’s partners where players can redeem vouchers to be shared with each league’s private group.
KCWO
Jerry shares the list of confirmed sponsors for the event. Grip EQ is on the list as the presenting sponsor.
The course is about to be ready with only a few sleeves to be installed before the event.
