the BoD received an email from Liberty Parks and Rec this morning informing us that Stockdale Park will be closed at the end of the day today (3/30). No activities (including disc golf) will be allowed. Below is the correspondence from P&R.

 

My name is Evan and I work for the Liberty Parks & Rec department. Due to the spread of COVID-19 and recommendations by the Clay County Public Health Center, we are closing Stocksdale Park until further notice.

I am assuming you have stopped having any leagues or play at the Bad Rocks Creek Disc Golf Course but I wanted to let you know we will be closing and locking the gates at the end of the day today (3/30). Please pass this information along to any club members.
