Finance Report
Jennifer presented multiple options for formatting financial reports with improved member accessibility. The board provided feedback, with next steps including template review and approval. The board voted to allocate $10,000 for 2024 toward CIP grants.
Lakeside Hills Grant
Mark Schmitz presented details on his previously submitted grant request. The board approved using his submission as a template for future grants and voted to allocate $2,500 from the CIP grant fund for the Lakeside Hills project.
Website Update
Pete reported that the new website would launch Wednesday, April 10th, with member communication planned across organizational channels.
Ice Bowl
Rick provided updates on fund management and event timeline. Pete moved to donate $1,000 to the Ice Bowl fund, which carried. Future formats under consideration include PDGA competitive components.
League Updates
Michael reported most leagues were operational with minor adjustments needed. Gabo will create graphics displaying partner information for league members to redeem vouchers.
KCWO Event
Jerry confirmed Grip EQ as the presenting sponsor. Course installation neared completion with final basket installations pending.
