These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Kansas City Disc Golf Inc. (“KCDG,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. Provide accurate information when registering, and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
Community forum & user content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant KCDG a license to display and distribute it on the site. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, infringing, spam, or otherwise objectionable. We may moderate, edit, or remove content and may lock or close discussions at our discretion.
Waivers, events & assumption of risk
Participation in KCDG events and leagues requires a signed annual waiver. Disc golf involves inherent risks; the specific terms governing participation are set out in the waiver you sign. Electronic signatures are legally binding under the federal ESIGN Act.
Membership & payments
Membership dues and any payments are processed through our third-party providers. Membership benefits and any refund terms are described on the relevant pages of the site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping member data, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KCDG and its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these Terms
