KC Women's Disc Golf Week

Kansas City's disc golf community is celebrating Women's Disc Golf Week (WDGW) in May with three participation opportunities. WDGW was established by the PDGA to celebrate, support, and grow women's participation in the sport.

Three Ways to Get Involved

1. KC Diva Spring Feeva — Saturday, May 10th

This annual women's tournament emphasizes celebration and support within the disc golf community. Registration is available online through DiscGolfScene.

2. Flex Doubles Fundraiser — Friday, May 9th

A doubles tournament event scheduled the day before Diva Spring Feeva. Participants can register in-person with cash or online.

3. Free League Play for Women & Girls — May 19–23

The KCDG Board of Directors unanimously approved waiving league fees for all women and girls at participating leagues during this period (ace pot fees excluded). This initiative encourages newcomers and existing players to experience disc golf together.

Additional Opportunities

Ladies Night at Rosedale Park is always FREE year-round, providing consistent access to league play for women participants.

Special Giveaway

Winners attending the most free league sessions during the week receive a prize. Ties are broken in favor of those registering for Diva Spring Feeva.
